Therapy for high-achieving women who are quietly running on empty.
You hold it together for everyone — at work, at home, for the people who depend on you. Underneath, there is exhaustion, resentment, and the steady ache of doing too much for too long. We can go deeper than talk to find what is actually driving the pattern, and gently teach your nervous system a new way to be.
If you are the one everyone else leans on — this work is for you.
I work with adult women who look successful on paper and feel depleted under the surface. The women who keep going, keep producing, keep showing up — and quietly wonder when their own life starts.
The high-functioning woman
You are competent, dependable, and tired. You over-give, over-deliver, and over-explain. The cost is showing up in your body, your sleep, and your closest relationships.
The caregiver who forgot herself
Motherhood, marriage, aging parents, chronic illness — you have spent years tending to other people's needs. There is room here to set that load down and remember who you are.
The woman ready for root-level change
You have done the books, the podcasts, the journaling. You are ready for something that reaches below the thinking mind — into the body, the nervous system, and the patterns that keep repeating.
What we can work on together.
Whether you are navigating a season of life, an old story, or a season inside your body, the door is open. These are areas of focused experience.
Core focus
Life seasons & identity
Beyond talk therapy — toward root-level healing.
Insight is helpful, but it is not always enough. My work goes beyond traditional talk therapy to include the nervous system, the body, and the relational patterns that shape how you actually live. We integrate evidence-based modalities to meet you where you are.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing — a structured, research-backed approach for processing trauma so that old experiences stop hijacking the present.
Somatic & nervous system-focused work
Tracking what is happening in the body, regulating the nervous system, and creating safety from the inside out so change can actually take root.
Attachment-based & relational therapy
Looking honestly at the patterns that play out in love, family, work, and friendship — and the early relationships that shaped them.
Trauma-focused, person-centered, integrative
You are not a diagnosis or a protocol. Sessions blend trauma-focused, person-centered, and integrative therapy — adapted to your goals and your pace.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
For clients who are a good fit, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy in collaboration with Journey Clinical — a medical partner that handles the prescribing side.
Whole-person wellness
Mind, body, and spirit. The goal is not a quieter version of you that performs better — it is a more honest, regulated, and connected version of you that lives better.

A counselor who has done her own work — and believes you can do yours.
I am Alicia Badashian, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate practicing in Keller, Texas and online across the state. My work centers on women who are exhausted from being everything for everyone and ready to come home to themselves.
I completed my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Phoenix in 2025 and now see clients through Open Doors Life Center as well as in private practice. I am a member of the American Counseling Association and practice under the clinical supervision of April West, LPC-S.
My approach is warm and practical. Clients tell me I'm easy to talk to and supportive, and that our work together helps them make sense of their emotions so they can actually grow — not just process. (Paraphrased from a public endorsement.)
Warm, easy to talk to, supportive, and practical — she helps clients understand their emotions and actually grow.

The hardest part is the first message. We'll spend fifteen minutes on the phone — no pressure, no commitment — to see if it feels like a good fit. You can tell me what is going on, ask me anything, and decide from there.
